Exchange and Return Policies
Ritu & Krishna aims to ensure that every transaction at our website is a smooth process. We take utmost care in delivering our products, and adhere to the highest quality standards. While we believe in selling premium quality garments and providing the best fit for all our products. We understand that quality and fit are subjective to individuals and everyone may have differing preferences hence, at Ritu & Krishna, we provide product exchanges and returns. Orders that are successfully placed cannot be cancelled, you may go through the exchange or return procedure instead.You are required to apply for return and exchange on our website within 5 working days of receiving the package. Please read below for the details.

Exchange Policy
1. We offer exchanges on all our products. Please note that products will not be eligible for exchange without their original tag.
2. Exchange is limited to once per order. If an order has been exchanged once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
3. We issue refund amount for the exchanged item in the form of store credit which has a validity of 6 months.
4. Items purchased with a store credit cannot be exchanged again.
5. All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
6. Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer

Exchange and Return Procedure
1. You can apply for exchange or return of garment at Ritu & Krishna by raising a request on our exchange portal:

2. Once you click on the link you will be asked for your order no. and registered email ID/contact number
3. Upon filling these details you will see all your products eligible for exchange or return
4. Then you can select a reason for exchange or return, give additional remarks, share relevant images and select refund option as store credit, and the request is successfully placed
5. In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
6. It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/rejected
7. Once your request is approved , the same will be picked up within 5 working days by our courier partner.
8. Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery agent as a proof for any disputes in the future
9. Please handover the item which the delivery agent has come to collect only.
10. If any unaccounted items are handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
11. Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges at INR 100.
12. Within 2-3 working days of the package being received and QC’ed by us, we issue a Store Credit to the customer's email id used while placing the order.
13. The final Store Credit amount will be reflected by reducing the reverse pickup charge of Rs.100 from the total price of the product.

Shows Delivered But Not Received
You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking, for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 72 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

How to Hand Over Exchange Parcel
1. All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
2. Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Ritu & Krishna is not liable for loss or damage during and after the handover process
